For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued electronically. To set this up:

• Contact us via our Contact Page and provide:
  • Your IBAN or bank account number.
  • The account holder’s full name (must match the order name).
  • The account holder’s registered address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue the refund instantly to your provided account.
