I received a faulty or damaged item—what should I do?

We’re really sorry about that! We do our best to prevent these issues, but if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • The item’s name
  • A brief description of the issue (photos help speed things up!)

Once we receive the faulty item, we’ll refund your return shipping costs and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
