Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been shipped. However, here’s how you can return the package for a refund:

• Contact the delivery company handling your shipment in your country. Request that they redirect the package back to us.
• Refuse delivery if the package arrives before the carrier processes your request. The package will then be returned to us automatically.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll contact you to confirm and process a full refund. This applies only to prepaid orders.
