Once your refund is processed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for the money to appear in your account.

The exact timing depends on your payment method and bank’s policy. Some banks or credit card providers may take a little longer to process the refund. If you don’t see the funds after 5 business days, we recommend checking with your bank.

Can I get a refund if the price changes after I place my order?

No. Unfortunately, we don’t offer price adjustments. Our prices may change due to promotions, stock levels, and customer demand, so we’re unable to refund the difference if the price drops after your purchase.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, invoices are sent via email after you collect and pay for your package (they won’t be inside the box).
