What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Most carriers will send you a text or call in advance with an estimated delivery time. If you’re not home, they usually offer options to:

  • Reschedule the delivery
  • Pick up your package at a nearby parcel shop
  • Have it delivered to a safe place or a neighbor (depending on the carrier)

Delivery policies vary by carrier and country, so be sure to check any instructions sent by our delivery partner for the best way to manage your order.

Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?

Unfortunately, you cannot select an exact time or day for delivery. 
If you need to delay shipment and your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out to our Customer Service Team with the preferred shipping date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Yes! We can ship to both your home or work address. Just keep in mind that most carriers deliver during standard business hours and may require a signature upon receipt. To avoid any delays, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to accept the package.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If you miss the initial delivery, most carriers will notify you via text or call and provide options to reschedule or collect your package from a nearby parcel shop.

If your package isn’t picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Once we receive it, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment if you’re still interested.

Please note that if delivery fails twice, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

What should I do if my tracking code isn’t working?

Don’t worry—sometimes it takes 1–4 days for tracking information to update, depending on the carrier.

If your tracking hasn’t been updated after this period or seems stuck, reach out to our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.

Which shipping service do you use?

The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and payment method.

Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. If you need to update your delivery address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we can’t guarantee changes. In this case, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier handling your delivery to check if redirection is possible.

How long does delivery take?

We process and ship orders within 24 hours. Delivery times depend on your location, but for most tracked shipments within Europe, you can expect your package to arrive within:

  • Netherlands: 1-3 working days
  • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 2-4 working days
  • France, Austria, Switzerland: 3-5 working days
  • Spain, Italy, Portugal: 4-7 working days
  • Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 3-7 working days
  • Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland: 3-7 working days
