I received a faulty or damaged item. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear this! Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • The name of the faulty item.
  • A description and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a return, refund your return shipping costs, and dispatch a replacement as soon as we confirm the issue. Most replacements are processed within 1–3 business days.
