How can I cancel my order?
Before Shipment:
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll process your request promptly and confirm your refund once completed.
After Shipment:
Once shipped, we can’t cancel the order. Instead:
- Contact your local delivery company to request they return the package to us.
- Refuse delivery if the package arrives before the carrier updates their system. It will be sent back automatically.
We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package.
