How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 14 calendar days after we receive your returned item or proof of posting.

Once processed, refunds typically appear in your account within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Delays can occur due to bank policies—contact your provider if you don’t see the refund after 5 days.
